Digital Products: We will do everything within our ability (and within reason) to ensure your satisfaction. Because our products are digital and downloadable, we do not issue refunds or returns after purchase.
In-Person Events, Programs, Workshops, and Retreats: Tickets canceled 90 days before the workshop date will receive a full refund of the purchased ticket price. Tickets canceled 75 days before the workshop date will receive a refund of 75% of the purchased ticket price. Tickets canceled between 75 and 60 days before the workshop date will receive a refund of 50% of the purchased ticket price. We cannot offer refunds 45 days before the workshop date.
Virtual Events, Programs, Workshops, and Retreats: Tickets canceled up to 5 days before the live event date will receive a full refund of the purchased ticket price. Tickets canceled between 5 to 1 day before the event date will receive a full refund minus the $50 administrative fee. We cannot offer refunds for canceled tickets on or after the event's start date.
Coaching and Consulting Packages: Coaching and consulting packages are non-transferable. The Terms of Service are described and determined by the Service Agreement (signed by the client during purchase). The client or the coach may terminate the Agreement at any time with a 2-week written notice. Activation fees and coaching services rendered (including the effective date of termination of the coaching relationship) will not be refunded.
Single sessions: Rendered or missed sessions are non-refundable. To receive a full refund for the micro-consulting or single-session coaching service, clients need to cancel the service at least 72 hours prior to the time of the first scheduled appointment.
