Digital Products: We will do everything within our ability (and within reason) to ensure your satisfaction. Due to the digital (and downloadable) nature of our products, refunds, and returns will not be issued once products are purchased.
In-Person Events, Programs, Workshops, and Retreats: All tickets are transferable. Tickets canceled 90 days prior to the workshop date will receive a full refund of the purchased ticket price. Tickets canceled 75 days prior to the workshop date will receive a refund of 75% of the purchased ticket price. Tickets canceled between 75 and 60 days prior to the workshop date will receive a refund of 50% of the purchased ticket price. We are unable to offer refunds 45 days prior to the workshop date.
Coaching and Consulting Packages: Coaching and consulting packages are non-transferable. The Terms of Service are described and determined by the Service Agreement (signed by the client during purchase). Either the client or the coach may terminate this Agreement at any time with a 2-week written notice. Activation fees and coaching services that were rendered (including the effective date of termination of the coaching relationship) will not be refunded.
Single sessions: Rendered or missed sessions are non-refundable. To receive a full refund for the micro-consulting or single-session coaching service, clients need to cancel the service at least 72 hours prior to the time of the first scheduled appointment.
